Development of an Adjustable Multi-gear Rapid Opening Operation Device for 10 kV Circuit Breakers

  • In order to reduce the safety risks in the opening operation of 10 kV circuit breakers, an adjustable multi-gear fast opening operation device for 10 kV circuit breakers is studied and designed. The device is mounted on a designated position by a transport cart and fixed to the appropriate operating position by adsorption. The opening button is activated by adjusting the multi-gear torque and rotating the clamp, thus achieving remote control opening operation. The device has real-time monitoring function and a visual human-computer interaction interface, making the operation safer, more convenient, and efficient, avoiding personal safety risks caused by manual operation, and improving the reliability of power grid supply.
