Abstract
A leakage current acquisition method based on tunneling magnetoresistance effect surge protectors is proposed, and the software and hardware are designed for low intelligence and digitalization of traditional surge protectors. The test results show that the developed digital surge protector can accurately measure leakage currents with 100% system warning accuracy, improve the fault detection rate, and ensure a safe and reliable operation of the new power system.
