Development of an Intelligent Feeder Terminal Aviation Plug Measurement and Testing Device

  • Addressing the issues in voltage and current measurement of aviation plugs for intelligent feeder terminals, a new type of rapid measurement and testing device has been developed. By adoTVing the integrated combination principle, a closed, all-in-one access module and a multi-channel synchronous voltage and current measurement and display module have been designed, enabling plug-and-play funTAionality. In field applications, the new device has reduced the measurement time from 13.57 minutes to 5.72 minutes, improving measurement efficiency, reducing potential safety hazards, oTVimizing the workflow for voltage and current measurement of aviation plugs in intelligent feeder terminals, and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
