Application and Leakage Detection Technology of Integrated Quick Connection and Detachable Conversion Joint in SF6 Rapid Gas Injection

  • As an innovative connection device, the quick connect detachable adapter can quickly complete the filling of SF6 gas while ensuring gas tightness and easy operation. The application of this technology reduces assembly time and reduces leakage risk, which is of great significance for improving overall gas injection efficiency and reliability. However, in practical operation, leakage detection of joints is a crucial step in ensuring system sealing, and precise detection techniques are needed to ensure no leakage occurs. This article comprehensively studies the application of integrated quick connect detachable conversion joints in SF6 rapid gas injection systems, and analyzes the corresponding leakage detection technology in detail, aiming to improve the gas injection efficiency and safety of power equipment.
