Abstract
the wet weather during plum rain season has posed a great threat to the reliable running of substations in coastal areas. Particularly, it is quite rare that 7 10 kV distribution lines connected to 2 110 kV substations breakdown continuously. Thus, failure analysis on this phenomenon would make significant sense to coastal power supply companies for re-examine these potential threats and make measures to improve power supply reliability in distribution network.
