Emergency Management and Technical Improvement Measures for Substations under Extreme Weather Conditions

  • As for the operational support and emergency management of substations under extreme weather conditions, deep analysis is carried out on the existing problems from four aspects concerning disaster prevention and reduction capabilities, surrounding environment, coordination between government and enterprise, and risk prediction. And the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to strengthen the comprehensive emergency capacity construction of substations, providing strong security guarantees for the construction of a strong intelligent power grid.
