Self-detection Method of Intelligent Circuit Breaker Reset and Restart System

  • This paper relates to a low-voltage intelligent circuit breaker in the power system, which is mainly used in the distribution network with a voltage level of 400 V. The method comprises the following steps: sending a reset function closing instruction to a plurality of intelligent circuit breakers; Perform a full-function test on each intelligent circuit breaker to obtain a test result; The test results include the intelligent circuit breaker whose running program crashed during the full-function test and the position where the running program of the intelligent circuit breaker crashed; Based on the test results, the running program of intelligent circuit breaker is simulated, the cause of the crash is found, and the running program of intelligent circuit breaker is repaired. Secondly, the effectiveness of each function of the reset and restart system is verified by combining the method of opening each function separately with the method of simulating the crash. This can minimize and avoid the phenomenon of MCU crash caused by BUG crash or reset system failure, and ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
