Risk Assessment Methods for Small/Medium-sized Hydropower Stations

Small/medium-sized hydropower stations compensate local power supply, whose ability to resist risks is weak. Therefore, risk assessment methods for small and medium-sized hydropower stations are reviewed. Based on long-term experience of Huanren Hydropower Station, risk assessment methods for small/medium-sized hydropower stations are discussed with examples. Finally, application of advanced technology and recruitment of high-quality talents are beneficial to the risk assessment of small/medium-sized hydropower stations.
