Development and Application of a Universal Separated Central Cabinet Trolley Service Platform for Substations

  • Due to the diverse specifications of switchgear, there are a large number of configurations for the central cabinet trolley service platform. The small vacant space in substation switchgear has become a common problem. Not only does it bring certain difficulties to the placement and access of the service platform, but it also seriously hinders the maintenance channels for operators during normal work. This article proposes a maintenance platform consisting of a height adjustable operating handcart and several fixed widths, based on the actual needs of switching operations. A universal separated central cabinet trolley service platform suitable for different specifications of switchgear in the switchgear room. Through the selection, testing, and inspection of the plan, the development of a universal separated central cabinet trolley service platform under the set goals has been completed. And ultimately passed on-site practical verification, with good results.
