Development of a Limited Terrain and Complex Uninterrupted Operation Platform

  • Non power outage operation is a task that aims to achieve customer non power outage or short-term power outage, and adopts various operation methods to carry out maintenance on distribution network equipment. With the advancement of urban distribution network construction, more and more non power outage operation scenarios are turning to limited and complex environments such as old alleys, farmland, mountainous areas, and substation outgoing lines. However, there are difficulties such as long duration, high cost, small work space, and large personnel required for existing complex uninterrupted power operations. This article improves the design of the existing uninterrupted power operation platform by referring to mobile scaffolding, proposes the overall design concept of the platform and the design concept of each functional module, designs and develops an uninterrupted power operation platform suitable for limited terrain, and finally demonstrates the application effect.
