Methods to Reduce the Defect Handling Time for Communication Interruptions in Substations

  • Addressing the issue of excessive handling time for communication interruption defects in substations, this article proposes an innovative management approach to shorten the defect handling time. Firstly, it analyzes the main issues that contribute to the excessive handling time. Secondly, it formulates strategies to rationally store spare parts and reduce the time spent searching for fault points, establishing methods such as a new spare parts warehouse and increasing inspection frequencies. Finally, a comparison between this method and traditional methods is conducted. Experimental results show that the handling system established by this method is reasonable and feasible, effectively reducing the handling time for communication interruption defects.
