Development of a 10 kV Ground Wire Anti-break Protection Device

  • In order to improve the durability of the 10 kV ground wire connection and prevent safety risks caused by broken strands and wear, this article proposes a 10 kV ground wire anti-breakage protection device to prevent the ground wire from being damaged due to excessive winding angle during installation. The copper wire of the lug is excessively twisted, reducing the mechanical properties. The proposed device reduces the bending angle during use and is effectively and reliably fixed in the installation position, thereby further providing a reliable insulation function.
