Research on Self-healing Electromagnetic AC Contactor

This paper develops a self-healing electromagnetic AC contactor composed of an electromagnetic control mechanism, a contact system, and a self-healing electromagnetic control mechanism to address the problems of traditional electromagnetic AC contactors, such as poor contact system suction or electromagnetic control mechanism closing failure, resulting in the burning of large capacity motor windings and direct scrapping of processing raw materials in enterprises.When the new self-healing electromagnetic AC contactor detects poor suction or electromagnetic control mechanism closing failure, it can immediately complete self-healing operation to ensure power supply continuity.
