Development of Load Circuit Breaker and Starter Connector for Live Working

  • At present, State Grid Corporation of China is promoting the intelligent transformation of the distribution network. Traditional vacuum switches are no longer able to meet the intelligent requirements of the distribution network, and a comprehensive replacement of new intelligent vacuum switches with voltage transformers is needed. The safety issue of directly installing voltage transformer leads with electricity is the generation of charging current, which violates the distribution safety regulations. State Grid Yuexi County Power Supply Company uses the "bypass live working method" to innovate the design of a live working load circuit breaker and starting tool connector, constructing a "secondary bypass" to install leads after the voltage transformer is electrified. Solved the safety problem of charging current generated during the process of installing intelligent vacuum switches and voltage transformer leads on the live line, and also improved the efficiency of live working, achieving good application results.
