Research and Application of 10 kV Voltage Transformer Reverse Polarity Based on Inductive Reasoning

  • Due to the special wiring method where the neutral point of the 10 kV power distribution network system is not grounded, the TV of its electric energy metering device mostly adopts the V-v wiring method, which saves the equipment investment cost of customers or power supply enterprises while ensuring the reliability of power supply.The voltage and current combination of this type of wiring method is more complicated than the three-phase four-wire, and wrong wiring occurs from time to time.This paper proposes a method based on inductive reasoning to demonstrate the TV secondary reverse polarity fault, which can accurately distinguish 12 kinds of TV secondary reverse polarity miswiring categories, and verify it with practical examples,which has a certain guiding significance for the fault identification of V-v connection and the follow-up power recovery work.
