Development of Automatic Layout System for Safety Measures in Substation Relay Protection Room

  • The safety measures for the relay protection room of the substation include "work here" signs and "operating equipment" red covers. To solve the problem of long safety measures being arranged in the relay protection room of substations, an automatic safety measures arrangement system scheme is proposed. This system can optimize the layout process of safety measures in the relay protection room. The system features electronic signage and electric rolling shutters. It is able to automatically identify screen cabinet information that requires security measures through algorithms. Automatically open the corresponding signs and red masks. Complete the arrangement of safety measures in the relay protection room. After testing, it has been proven that the system reduces the arrangement time of safety measures in the relay protection room to less than 2 minutes. Effectively improve the efficiency of safety measures arrangement.
