Research on Distribution Network Scheduling and Management System Based on Multi-Line Intelligent Mobile Command

  • With the expansion of the distribution network scale and the increase in the number of devices, issues such as inadequate capacity to handle peak business loads, long waiting times at field sites, insufficient development of mobile control applications, lack of convenience for internal network mobile terminals, inadequate support for distribution network information, and low efficiency in participating in business flow have become increasingly prominent. This paper aims to improve real-time perception of control information and enhance the safety and reliability of control operations. It proposes a two-tier network rapid response mechanism that integrates the dispatch management system, network command platform, and i-distribution network dispatch mobile APP, to support the coordination of dispatch command with on-site maintenance in the distribution network. The goal is to establish a smart mobile command-based distribution network dispatch management system, focusing on intelligent dispatch operations, platform-based live-line work, network-based equipment maintenance, visualization of parameter management, diversification of fault transmission, and sharing of control information. The objective is to transform the traditional "intranet + telephone" mode of communication in distribution network control operations to a "mobile + visual" interactive approach, resolve prominent issues in distribution network dispatch management, improve the efficiency and collaboration capability of distribution network control operations, and enhance the lean management level of distribution network operations.
