Analysis and Research of Power Adjustment Charge for Distributed PV Users with High Voltage Power Supply and Low Voltage Metering

  • When the user is equipped with self-generated distributed power supply, the power regulation charge is usually higher. In particular, the calculation of high supply and low metering users is more complex, and it is difficult for users to formulate measures to reduce power factor adjustment electricity charges after simple judgment.In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the composition and calculation method of power adjustment charge by taking the electricity charge of an enterprise as an example, and expounds the measures that can be taken to establish power factor adjustment charge.The results show that power regulation electricity charges can be optimized by reasonable methods, which provides effective reference and theoretical support for optimizing metering schemes and reducing overall electricity charges for self-used distributed PV users.
