Reduce the Verification Time of Electricity Meters for New Residential Community Users

  • With the increasing development of urbanization, the number of newly built residential communities is increasing. In order to prevent problems such as installation and connection of household connections and incorrect wiring, and ensure the safe, accurate, and stable operation of electric energy metering devices. The completion acceptance of low-voltage energy metering devices in newly built residential communities must include household meter verification work. At present, there is still a problem of low efficiency in the household meter verification work of newly built residential areas in Pinghu City, Jiaxing. This directly leads to a reduction in the working time of meter installation and connection. This QC project focuses on the research of newly built residential communities with indoor air switch sockets with self resetting overvoltage and undervoltage protectors. Successfully designed and produced a handheld mobile household meter checker. Significantly reduces the time for household registration verification. Reduced the workload of manpower, material resources, financial resources, and household registration personnel. Improved work efficiency.
