Treatment of Heating Defects in a 110 kV Transformer Bushing and Analysis of Trace Acetylene in Oil

This article introduces a heating defect and its elimination process in the high-voltage bushing cap of a 110 kV transformer discovered by infrared temperature measurement. Analyzed the reasons for the heating of high-pressure casing and the generation of trace amounts of acetylene. Based on the structure of high-voltage casing and processed test data, analyze the main causes of casing heating, and propose treatment methods and suggestions for similar faults.
