Design and Implementation of Batch Upgrade System for Power IoT Communication Modules

  • The application scale of the power Internet of Things local communication module is large, and there are upgrade and other process requirements in the mass production process. Traditional serial upgrade methods face many problems such as low automation and upgrade efficiency. In the article, a large-scale upgrade system for the power Internet of Things local communication module was designed. Firstly, the architecture of the upgrade system was designed, and then the detailed software and hardware functional implementation of the upgrade system was described. The software ensured the efficiency, stability, and success rate of the upgrade through measures such as parallel mechanism, reducing interaction times, fault tolerance mechanism, and self verification of the upgraded version; Finally, the functional performance indicators of the upgraded system were verified. The results show that the upgrade system in the article can achieve automation, high efficiency, and success rate upgrade functions, with an average single module upgrade time of less than 5 seconds, meeting the needs of large-scale upgrades in production.
