Research on Construction and Operation Strategy of Rural Landscape Storage Integrated Energy Power Generation System

  • With the rapid economic development, the electricity consumption and the demand for power quality in rural areas are constantly increasing, and the load capacity of the existing power system is poor, resulting in a large load peak valley difference. And the construction of new transmission and distribution systems, construction costs are high. There are a large number of solar and wind energy resources in rural areas. Distributed energy can be used to generate electricity locally, which can increase the stability of electric power in rural areas and increase the economic, social and environmental benefits in rural areas. In this paper, a wind-landscape storage comprehensive energy power plant is constructed, and the operation strategy of the power plant is proposed with the goal of optimal economic benefits, and the charging and discharging strategy of the energy storage system, as well as the strategy of purchasing and selling electricity at the trough stage, the balance stage and the peak stage. The wind-landscape storage comprehensive energy power plant can guarantee the power quality in rural areas, improve the reliability and safety of the power system operation, and improve the efficiency of the power system operation. According to the income model of the wind-landscape storage comprehensive energy power plant, the investment cost of the wind-landscape storage comprehensive energy power plant can be recovered after 3 years of stable operation, and the operation strategy proposed in this paper has high economic benefits.
