Application of Automatic Identification Technology for Wiring Detection in Transformer Simulation Training Device

  • Transformer testing is an important part of the teaching of electrical engineering in vocational colleges. It is a mandatory "1 + X" vocational qualification certificate for electrical marketing services, transformation and distribution operation and maintenance, and is a necessary skill for multiple types of work in the power industry, such as electricity meter repair and maintenance. It is an urgent task for vocational education and power production enterprises in the field of electric power to comprehensively improve the detection ability of transformers. This project will develop a simulation training device for transformer detection, using an automatic identification technology for wiring detection. Real time analysis and judgment of students' wiring situation can be achieved through the selection of voltage stabilizing range, current limiting resistor, and multi-channel ADC acquisition design of the voltage regulator.Transform complex, abstract, and high-risk transformer detection operations into intuitive, standard, and safe operations. Overcoming issues such as safety risks, expensive equipment investment, weak integrity, and low training efficiency in previous teaching. This device is safe, reliable, fully functional, efficient, and flexible, with low cost. It can effectively improve students' theoretical knowledge level and professional practical operation level, and accelerate the cultivation of highly skilled talents in transformer detection related fields.
