Reduce the Power Supply Recovery Time of Distribution Network Grounding Fault Isolation

  • The grounding fault of the distribution network occurs frequently. Through detailed analysis of the annual grounding fault treatment process, it is concluded that the main reasons affecting the grounding fault isolation and power recovery time are: low automation rate of line switch, low accuracy rate of small current grounding line selection, and low hit rate of circuit pulling inspection. The fault isolation time after the grounding of the distribution network is significantly reduced by formulating three countermeasures, i.e., optimizing the distribution network routing sequence table based on the line state evaluation, promoting the upgrading and transformation of the small current line selection device, and improving the automation rate of the section switch..
