Practical Application of Low-voltage Flexible Interconnection Technology of Station Area for New Rural Distribution Network

  • In view of the obvious differences in the temporal and spatial load characteristics of rural stations, unbalanced load distribution and low utilization rate of power distribution, Shuangshi Village in Beilun, Ningbo was selected as a pilot project for the construction of new rural distribution network, and the first flexible DC interconnection system of China with multiple stations was innovatively built in this project. The practical results of this project effectively solved the problems of periodical heavy load in the station area ,the limitation of traditional capacity expansion and distribution, load transfer after power failure, and power supply guarantee in emergency, etc. At the same time, it met the requirements of cross-station consumption of clean energy and the collaborative control of source, load, electric vehicle and storage. Besides the project explored the safety and stability of green and low-carbon electricity in the new countryside, which has broad prospects for promotion in future rural revitalization construction.
