Research and Application of Evaluation Method for Urban-rural Integration and Common Prosperity Based on Power Big Data

The great achievements of rural revitalization have laid a solid foundation for common prosperity. It is a historic task to promote rural revitalization and common prosperity in a high-quality way to build a socialist modern country. It is a specific requirement of digital government construction to quantify policy effectiveness through big data and other technologies and support real-time scientific decision-making. Based on the relevant policy requirements of the government on rural revitalization and common prosperity, this paper studies the evaluation method of urban-rural integration and common prosperity level in combination with the characteristics of the electric power data of State Grid Corporation of China, which are full, real-time and objective. The analytic hierarchy process is used to quantify the indicators of the index, forming an evaluation system covering high-quality development, high-quality life and high security power consumption. It can calculate the implementation of common prosperity of regions, streets and towns in real time, providing important technical support for the implementation of the common prosperity strategy of government departments.
