Design and Application of Automatic Detection Device for Action Characteristics of Residual Current Operated Circuit Breaker

  • According to the industrial regulations, the residual current operated circuit breaker shall operate the test button regularly every month to check whether its action characteristics are normal. The number of tests shall be increased during the lightning activity period and peak power consumption period. At present, two operation and maintenance personnel are required to conduct the action characteristic test on site. Visually inspect or hold the special test instrument to determine the hidden trouble. There are problems such as backward detection technology, low detection accuracy, high operation and maintenance costs, and personal safety.
