Simulation Analysis of 10 kV Overhead Lightning Wire Installation Frame Structure

  • In the early stage, the lightning wire was not considered in the design and construction of distribution lines. With the continuous improvement of power supply reliability requirements of local power supply enterprises, the accidents of lightning damage to voltage levels of 10 kV and below have attracted more and more attention. It is urgent to replace the lightning wire mounting frame and verify the safety of its structure. In this paper, the design and analysis of the installation frame of 10 kV overhead lightning line are carried out, and the three-dimensional modeling is carried out by SolidWorks, and the structural mechanics analysis is carried out by simulation module, which verifies the safety and stability of the structure under this design.
