Development of Insulating Pole Type Arc Suppression Switch

In the process of live working on distribution lines, arc suppression switches shall be used when cable lines are overlapped or disconnected from overhead lines.In this paper, an arc suppression switch for insulating rod operation is proposed, which can realize the disconnection of cable leads by insulating rod operation. Keep the operators away from the electrified body and grounding body, increase the fault tolerance rate of on-site operation, and effectively improve the safety of the operation site.
