Reflections and Suggestions on the Construction of New Power System After 303 Blackout in Taiwan Province

303 blackouts happened in Taiwan Province process and effect as the foundation, to analyze the causes of blackouts and exposed problems, combining with the current Taiwan power system exist hidden dangers, suggestions on the construction of Taiwan Province's new electric power system in the future are put forward from five aspects of power supply concentration, grid strength, protection and self-protection device coordination, spare capacity, and personnel training, to provide help for the preparation of Taiwan Province's various aspects, and to provide reference for the direction of Taiwan's electric power construction after reunification.
