Development of a Voltage Withstand Test Device for Insulating Rope

  • In view of the shortcomings of the current voltage withstand test method of insulating rope, the waste test equipment is reformed. The waste ball gap base is equipped with wheels for easy movement. The support has high mechanical strength and meets the load-bearing requirements of insulating rope. Using the principle of"spinning wheel", a voltage withstand test device for insulating rope is designed and manufactured, which greatly reduces the time and labor of voltage withstand test for insulating rope, improves the safety and economy of this work, and obtains good practical value.
