The Analysis of Defect of GW16-252 Disconnector Closing

  • GW16-252 disconnector has been used in the State Grid system. Affected by various factors such as equipment operation environment, equipment material and design structure, GW16-252 disconnector has exposed some problems. The defect of a typical disconnector closing is analyzed and studied. It is proposed to directly disassemble the upper conductive rod and replace the top rod, or deal with it by adjusting the supporting porcelain bottle. However, in case of limited time or emergency defect elimination, the roller can be replaced with small roller of the same material to eliminate this defect and provide reference for equipment maintenance in the future.
