Then by renting VPN net of the telecom operators send the datas to the plant dispatching center security access area based on IEC-104 protocol through vertical encryption devices. At last transform these information into E-files and send to dispatching automatic system overturning reverse isolation devices by isolated transmission software. Complete the plant electricity datas collection. The completeness and accuracy of the data are improved comprehensively.
