Study and Application of One key Instantaneous Control and Test and Acceptance Platform for 500 kV Intelligence Substation Which is Virtual-Actual

  • The technology of one key instantaneous control is developping in recent years. But the power off plan and time windows are limited. The test and acceptance is delayed. In this paper in technological transformation for one 500kV intelligence substation one key instantaneous control system, based on MMS simulation test system, image recognition system and disconnector simulator, the one key instantaneous control and test and acceptance platform for 500kV intelligence substation which is Virtual-Actual is setup. The test and acceptance is same without poweroff and the time is reduced significantly.
