Design of a Smart Controller for the Integrated Power System Including Wind, Solar and Energy Storage Based on Dynamic Optimization of Wind and Solar Power

  • It is normal for large-scale photovoltaic power stations to adopt MPPT mode, but small off grid power system including wind, solar and energy storage mostly adopt simple current limiting and voltage limiting modes, so the energy resource can't be fully utilized, and there is no fine management for battery charging and load power supply. To solve these problems, a dynamic optimization control method based on real-time perception of energy balance distribution is proposed in this paper. PWM control technology and battery temperature compensation management technology are used to realize the dynamic optimal utilization of wind and solar energy, and the fine management of battery charge and discharge. The test shows that its operation effect is good. It has been applied in the off grid power system including wind, solar and energy storage for non electric herdsmen in the extremely cold area of eastern Inner Mongolia, which has good practical value and comprehensive economic and social benefits.
