Study of the Contingency Plan of Whole Substation Power Failure Autogeneration Technology

  • When the whole substation power failure happening, shortening the decision hours is very important for reducing the poweroff losses. Now the decision process after the distribution network fault mainly depend on artificial work. The calculation is complex and the decision efficiency is low. By building the primary and distribution network date models, the contingency plan of whole substation power failure is developped.When the fault happens, the contingency plan can be given quickly.The fault recovery time and the undesirable effects of users will be reduced.
