Case Analysis of Negative Line Loss Rate in Substation Area Caused by Electricity Stealing

  • 摘要: 台区线损治理是供电企业一项长期的重要工作,台区高线损率和负线损率是台区线损治理过程中较为常见的问题。在台区线损治理工作中,用户窃电是引起线损率升高的重要原因之一,也是较为常见的现象,但窃电引起台区负线损率的问题较为少见,也容易被忽视,现结合实际案例进行分析。

     

    Abstract: Power substation area's line loss management is a long-term important task for power supply enterprises. High line loss rate and negative line loss rate are common problems in the process of line loss management. In the actual work of line loss control in substation area, electricity stealing is one of the important reasons for the increase of line loss rate, which is also a relatively common phenomenon. but the problem of negative line loss rate caused by electricity stealing is relatively rare, and is easy to be ignored. This paper analyzes an actual case which causes negative line loss rate in substation area.
