中小型水电站风险评估方法

Risk Assessment Methods for Small/Medium-sized Hydropower Stations

  • 摘要: 中小型水电站能够补偿当地电力供应,但中小型水电站抵御风险的能力较弱。文章对中小型水电站风险评估方法进行了评述,基于桓仁水电站的长期运行经验,对适用于中小型水电站的风险评估方法进行实例讨论。文章最后指出,先进技术的应用和高素质人才的吸纳有利于中小型水电站的风险评估。

     

    Abstract: Small/medium-sized hydropower stations compensate local power supply, whose ability to resist risks is weak. Therefore, risk assessment methods for small and medium-sized hydropower stations are reviewed. Based on long-term experience of Huanren Hydropower Station, risk assessment methods for small/medium-sized hydropower stations are discussed with examples. Finally, application of advanced technology and recruitment of high-quality talents are beneficial to the risk assessment of small/medium-sized hydropower stations.
