局限地形下不停电作业平台的研制

Development of a Limited Terrain and Complex Uninterrupted Operation Platform

  • 摘要: 不停电作业是以实现客户不停电或短时停电为目的,采用多种作业方式对配网设备进行检修的作业。随着城市配电网建设的推进,越来越多的不停电作业场景转向老旧胡同、农田、山区以及变电站出线等局限环境。然而现有不停电作业存在时间长、成本大、作业空间小、需要人员多等难点,文章通过借鉴移动式脚手架对现有不停电作业平台进行改进设计,提出了平台的总体设计思路和各功能模块的设计思路,设计研制了适用于局限地形下的不停电作业平台,并展示了应用成效。

     

    Abstract: Non power outage operation is a task that aims to achieve customer non power outage or short-term power outage, and adopts various operation methods to carry out maintenance on distribution network equipment. With the advancement of urban distribution network construction, more and more non power outage operation scenarios are turning to limited and complex environments such as old alleys, farmland, mountainous areas, and substation outgoing lines. However, there are difficulties such as long duration, high cost, small work space, and large personnel required for existing complex uninterrupted power operations. This article improves the design of the existing uninterrupted power operation platform by referring to mobile scaffolding, proposes the overall design concept of the platform and the design concept of each functional module, designs and develops an uninterrupted power operation platform suitable for limited terrain, and finally demonstrates the application effect.
