缩短变电站通信中断缺陷处置时间的方法

Methods to Reduce the Defect Handling Time for Communication Interruptions in Substations

  • 摘要: 针对变电站发生通信中断缺陷时处理时间过长的问题,文章提出一种缩短变电站通信中断缺陷处置时间的方法,分析了造成缺陷处置时间过长的主要问题,制定了合理存储配件、减少查找故障点耗时长的对策,建立了新增配件仓库、巡视检查频次等方法,并将该方法与传统方法进行对比。实验结果表明该方法构建的处理体系合理可行,有效地缩减了通信中断缺陷时处理时间。

     

    Abstract: Addressing the issue of excessive handling time for communication interruption defects in substations, this article proposes an innovative management approach to shorten the defect handling time. Firstly, it analyzes the main issues that contribute to the excessive handling time. Secondly, it formulates strategies to rationally store spare parts and reduce the time spent searching for fault points, establishing methods such as a new spare parts warehouse and increasing inspection frequencies. Finally, a comparison between this method and traditional methods is conducted. Experimental results show that the handling system established by this method is reasonable and feasible, effectively reducing the handling time for communication interruption defects.
