Analysis of Fracture Causes of 500 kV Transmission Line U-shaped Hanging Ring and Suggestions for Treatment and Prevention

  • 摘要: U型挂环是用来将杆塔、导线、绝缘子组装在一起的连接金具。输电线路运行过程中,U型挂环腐蚀、磨损及断裂等问题时有发生,断裂问题直接威胁输电线路的安全稳定运行,因此,加强U型挂环断裂原因分析尤为重要。文章对某500 kV线路U型挂环断裂原因进行了分析,提出了相应的治理防范建议,为类似事件的分析与处理提供参考。

     

    Abstract: U-shaped hanging ring is a type of connecting hardware used to assemble towers, conductors, and insulators together. In the process of transmission line operation, problems such as U-ring corrosion, wear and fracture often occur, and the fracture problem directly threatens the safe and stable operation of transmission lines. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the analysis of U-ring fracture causes. In this paper, the causes of U-ring fracture of a 500 kV transmission line are analyzed, and the corresponding prevention suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the analysis and treatment of similar events.
