耐候钢在输电线路工程绿色建造的应用前景研究

Research on the Application Prospects of Weathering Steel in Green Construction of Power Line Engineering

  • 摘要: 输电线路工程钢材目前多采用镀锌钢,热浸镀锌工艺的除锈、酸洗、镀锌等工序存在较为严重的环境污染问题。耐候钢通过添加合金元素,在钢料表面形成致密的保护层从而延缓腐蚀,不仅显著提高钢结构的寿命,而且利用其免涂装应用特性,明显降低对环境的污染,降低电网建设、运行及维护成本,有助于国家“双碳”战略目标的实现和输电线路工程绿色建造技术的发展。

     

    Abstract: Currently, galvanized steel is commonly used in power line engineering, but the processes of rust removal, pickling, and galvanizing in hot-dip galvanizing have serious environmental pollution problems. Weathering steel forms a dense protective layer on the surface of the steel material by adding alloying elements, thereby delaying corrosion. Weathering steel can not only significantly improves the service life of steel structures, but also utilizes its coating free characteristics to significantly reduce environmental pollution and lower the construction, operation, and maintenance costs of power grids. In addition, it also contributes to the achievement of the "dual carbon target" strategy goals and the development of green construction technology for power line engineering.
