变电站开关柜“在线监测 + 带电检测”双模式研究与应用

Research and Application of Dual Modes of "Online Monitoring + Live Detection" for Substation Switchgear

  • 摘要: 高压开关柜是电力设备的重要组成部分,由于高压开关柜在长期运行过程中受到环境的温度、湿度以及电力设备的材质性质、电动力产生的震动等因素的影响。为保障高压开关柜安全稳定运行,采用“在线监测 + 带电检测”双模式监测,将在线状态监测与局部放电检测有效结合,通过温度、湿度、风机在线监测实现对高压开关柜运行状态实时监测,采用暂态地电压检测与超声波检测实现高压开关柜局部放电检测,有效预防开关柜过热或凝露情况,及时发现电气设备潜在隐患及变化趋势,有效降低开关柜故障率。

     

    Abstract: High voltage switchgear is an important component of power equipment. During long-term operation, high-voltage switchgear is affected by factors such as environmental temperature, humidity, material properties of power equipment, and vibrations generated by electrical forces. To ensure the safe and stable operation of high-voltage switchgear, this article adopts a dual mode monitoring system of "online monitoring + live detection", which effectively combines online status monitoring with partial discharge detection. Real time monitoring of the operating status of high-voltage switchgear is achieved through online monitoring of temperature, humidity, and fan. Transient ground voltage detection (TEV) and ultrasonic detection (AE) are used to achieve partial discharge detection of high-voltage switchgear, effectively prevent overheating or condensation of switchgear, promptly identify potential hazards and trends in electrical equipment, and effectively reduce the failure rate of switchgear.
