研制低压配变电缆出线防护装置

Development of Low-Voltage Distribution Transformer Cable Outlet Protection Device

  • 摘要: 本研究旨在解决低压配电网中电缆出线短路隐患的问题。为此,设计了一种新型防护管,主要由聚四氟乙烯管、连接机构和防护机构3部分组成。该防护管能够有效保护电缆免受外界环境的影响,同时快速安装和拆卸,便于故障排查。该防护管可以有效降低电缆故障率,提高电力供应的稳定性和可靠性。本研究对解决低压配变电缆出线短路隐患提供了新的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study is to address the issue of potential short circuits in cable outlets in low-voltage distribution networks. For this purpose, we have designed a new type of protective tube, which mainly consists of three parts: polytetrafluoroethylene tube, connecting mechanism, and protective mechanism. This protective tube can effectively protect the cable from the influence of the external environment, and can be quickly installed and disassembled for easy troubleshooting. This protective tube can effectively reduce cable failure rate and improve the stability and reliability of power supply. This achievement has a positive contribution to the development of the power industry and provides a new solution to solve the hidden danger of short circuits in low-voltage distribution and transformation cables.
