  • 摘要: 本项目是专门针对10 kV及0.4 kV配电架空线路带电安装配电开关及进行相关配电线路施工任务时,现行作业方式缺乏专用安装工具、影响客户用电感知、存在安全隐患等问题。该新型装置借助物理机械和电气原理,通过旋转立柱、三角形吊臂、红外传感器、滑轮组等机械和电气结构,调整原有吊装安装方位模式,使得安装过程省时省力、安全可靠,最大限度地保证了吊装架与杆塔的稳固性,既保证了客户用电满意度,又确保了带电环境下施工安装配电开关的安全。

     

    Abstract: This project is specifically aimed at 10 kV and 0.4 kV distribution overhead lines live installation of distribution switches and related distribution line construction tasks, the current operation mode lack of special installation tools, affect customer perception of electricity, there are safety risks and other problems. With the help of physical mechanical and electrical principles, the new device adjusts the original hoisting and installation orientation mode by rotating the column, triangular boom, overload sensor, pulley block and other mechanical and electrical structures, making the installation process time-saving, labor saving, safe and reliable, ensuring the stability of the hoisting frame and tower to the maximum extent, which not only ensures the customer satisfaction with electricity consumption, but also ensures the stability of the hoisting frame and tower. It also ensures the safety of construction and installation of distribution switches in live environment.
