一种万能试验线缆绝缘紧固支架的研制

Development of a Universal Test Cable Insulation Fastening Bracket

  • 摘要: 针对变压器介质损耗因数及电容量试验传统测试方法耗时较长的问题,QC小组对变电站用接地线进行改造,研发出一种万能试验线缆绝缘紧固支架,以增强测试线底部支撑固定性能。该成果消除了测试线重叠部分过长的弊端,有效缩短了变压器介质损耗因数及电容量试验时间,提高了工作效率。

     

    Abstract: In view of the time-consuming problem of the traditional testing methods of transformer dielectric loss factor and capacitance test, the QC team reformed the ground wire used in substation and developed a universal insulating fastening bracket for test cable to enhance the fixing performance of the bottom support of the test line. The result eliminates the disadvantage of too long overlapping part of test line, effectively shortens the testing time of transformer dielectric loss factor and capacitance, and improves the working efficiency.
