基于“北斗-5G-量子”安全通信的海岛配网自动化建设及应用

Construction and Application of Distribution Automation System in Island Based on "Beidou-5G-Quantum" Secure Communication

  • 摘要: 针对现有安全通信模式难以满足面向新型电力系统的新一代配网自动化实时性、可靠性、安全性及低时延要求,提出一种基于“北斗-5G-量子”安全通信的配网自动化建设及应用模式,采用北斗短报文、5G硬切片与量子加密多种安全通信技术以提升通信安全防护和配网整体管控能力,突破传统通信瓶颈,适应复杂的配网工程实际应用需求,有效解决配网光缆敷设难度较大、投资成本较高及偏远、无信号、孤岛地区的通信问题,并可作为海岛配网建设中对光纤、公网等传统通信方式的有力补充。

     

    Abstract: This article put forward a new construction and application mode of new generation distribution automation system in island based on "beidou-5G-quantum" secure communication, in view of the fact that the existing secure communication mode is difficult to meet the requirements of the real-time, reliability, security and low delay. A variety of secure communication technologies such as "beidou short message", "5G hard slice" and "quantum encryption" are used to improve communication security protection and overall control ability of distribution network, break through traditional communication bottleneck. It is suitable for practical application of complex distribution network engineering, effectively solve the problems of distribution network cable laying difficulty and high investment cost and communication problems in remote, unsignaled, isolated areas. It can be used as a powerful supplement for optical fiber and public network of traditional communication methods in construction of island distribution network.
