高供低计分布式光伏用户功率因数调节电费分析研究

Analysis and Research of Power Adjustment Charge for Distributed PV Users with High Voltage Power Supply and Low Voltage Metering

  • 摘要: 用户装有自发自用分布式电源时,其功率因数调节电费通常较高,特别是高供低计用户,其计算较为复杂,用户难以通过简单判断后制定措施以降低功率因数调节电费,针对此问题,文章以某企业电费为例分析功率因数调节电费的组成和计算方法,阐述了建立功率因数调节电费可采取的措施,结果表明功率因数调节电费可通过合理的方法进行优化,为自发自用分布式光伏用户优化计量方案和降低整体电费提供有效参考和理论支撑。

     

    Abstract: When the user is equipped with self-generated distributed power supply, the power regulation charge is usually higher. In particular, the calculation of high supply and low metering users is more complex, and it is difficult for users to formulate measures to reduce power factor adjustment electricity charges after simple judgment.In order to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the composition and calculation method of power adjustment charge by taking the electricity charge of an enterprise as an example, and expounds the measures that can be taken to establish power factor adjustment charge.The results show that power regulation electricity charges can be optimized by reasonable methods, which provides effective reference and theoretical support for optimizing metering schemes and reducing overall electricity charges for self-used distributed PV users.
