一种真空度检测装置及抽气系统

A Vacuum Degree Detection Device and Extraction System

  • 摘要: 针对500 kV罐式断路器抽真空过程中无法精确读取真空机组进口数据,为防止因关闭真空机组读取数据容易导致真空泵油倒入设备内部风险的问题,提出在断路器本体侧增加一个三通、球阀、电子显示表等措施,此方法操作简单,数据读取准确,降低了操作风险。

     

    Abstract: During the vacuum pumping process of a 500 kV tank circuit breaker, it is not possible to accurately read the inlet data of the vacuum unit. Closing the vacuum unit to read data can easily cause the vacuum pump oil to pour into the equipment. In response to the above issues, it is proposed to add a three-way, ball valve, and electronic display meter on the circuit breaker body side. Its operation is simple, data reading is accurate, and operational risks are reduced.
