缩短变配电倒闸操作用接地线装设时间

Shorten the Installation Time of Grounding Wire for Switching Operation of Power Transformation and Distribution

  • 摘要: 传统的人工机械式安装接地线由于手动旋转操作棒费力、接地端头螺丝与地桩安装卡涩等原因,常常导致运维人员接地线装设费时费力。目前接地线装设平均用时为12.3 min,不满足公司优质生产目标 10 min 的要求。QC 小组通过寻找问题症结与要因,并制订相应对策,使得接地线装设用时缩短至 8.73 min,实现目标的同时提升了经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The manual mechanical installation of grounding wire is time-consuming and laborious for operation and maintenance personnel due to the laborious manual rotation of operating rod, grounding end screw and jamming of ground pile installation.At present, the average installation time of grounding wire is 12.3 min, which is not required by the high quality production target of 10 min. The QC team can shorten the installation time of grounding wire to 8.73 min by finding out the crux of the problem and working out the corresponding countermeasures, and achieve the goal and improve the economic benefits at the same time.
